RG Studio provides creative direction, conceptual consulting, visual development, brand strategy, project management, and mentorship services for artists, filmmakers, developers, entrepreneurs, and other creative professionals.
2.2 Custom Solutions
All services are tailored to individual client needs. Specific deliverables, timelines, and project scope will be defined in separate project agreements or statements of work.
2.3 Service Availability
Services are provided worldwide remotely and in-person where feasible. Response times and availability may vary based on time zones and project complexity.
3. Client Obligations
3.1 Information Provision
Clients must provide accurate, complete information and materials necessary for service delivery. Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information may result in additional charges.
3.2 Timely Feedback
Clients agree to provide timely feedback and approvals as outlined in project timelines. Delays in feedback may extend project deadlines and may incur additional costs.
3.3 Payment Responsibility
Clients are responsible for all payments as agreed upon in project contracts and must maintain current contact information throughout the engagement.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Pricing and Invoicing
Service fees are determined on a project basis and outlined in individual agreements. Invoices are typically sent at project milestones or monthly intervals as agreed.
4.2 Payment Schedule
Payment terms are typically net 30 days from invoice date unless otherwise specified. Late payments may incur interest charges of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law.
4.3 Deposits and Retainers
Projects may require deposits or retainers before work commences. These amounts will be specified in individual project agreements.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Client Ownership
Upon full payment, clients own the final deliverables created specifically for their project. This includes concepts, strategies, and materials developed exclusively for the client.
5.2 RG Studio Rights
RG Studio retains rights to general methodologies, processes, and know-how developed during engagements. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio with client permission.
5.3 Third-Party Materials
Any third-party materials, stock images, fonts, or other assets used in projects remain subject to their respective licensing terms. Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary licenses.
6. Confidentiality
RG Studio maintains strict confidentiality regarding all client information, projects, and business matters. We will not disclose confidential information to third parties without explicit written consent, except as required by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 Service Limitation
RG Studio's liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7.2 Creative Services Nature
Creative services involve subjective elements. While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes, commercial success, or client satisfaction beyond our professional best efforts.
8. Termination
8.1 Termination by Either Party
Either party may terminate services with 14 days written notice. Clients remain responsible for payment of work completed up to the termination date.
8.2 Immediate Termination
RG Studio reserves the right to immediately terminate services for non-payment, breach of terms, or behavior that compromises our professional standards or team safety.
9. Modifications
These Terms may be updated periodically. Significant changes will be communicated to active clients. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable local laws. Any disputes will be resolved through professional mediation first, followed by binding arbitration if necessary.
