2. Digital Delivery

Creative strategies, brand guidelines, and digital assets delivered via secure cloud platforms or email within 24-48 hours of completion.
Secure Client Portals
Dedicated project portals with version control, access management, and collaboration tools for ongoing projects.
Consultation Sessions
Virtual meetings conducted via Zoom, Google Meet, or other platforms with recordings and notes provided afterward.
2.1 File Formats
Digital deliverables are provided in industry-standard formats (PDF, JPEG, PNG, AI, PSD, etc.) with backup formats when necessary. All files include proper naming conventions and organized folder structures.
2.2 Access Duration
Digital files remain accessible for 90 days after project completion through our secure platforms. Clients are encouraged to download and backup all materials during this period.
3. Physical Shipping
Standard Shipping
Printed materials, portfolios, and physical deliverables shipped via FedEx, UPS, or DHL with tracking and insurance.
Express Shipping
Available for urgent deliveries at additional cost, with 1-3 business day delivery for domestic shipments.
White Glove Delivery
Premium service for high-value items including scheduled delivery, unpacking, and setup (available in select areas).
3.1 Packaging Standards
All physical items are professionally packaged with protective materials, branded packaging where appropriate, and clear labeling. Fragile items receive extra protection and are marked accordingly.
3.2 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on destination, weight, dimensions, and delivery speed requirements. Costs are typically included in project quotes or billed separately with client approval.

4.1 Digital Delivery Times
Digital deliverables are typically provided within 1-2 business days of project completion or milestone achievement. Complex projects may require additional time for final quality checks.
4.2 Physical Shipping Times
Domestic shipments typically arrive within 3-5 business days after dispatch. International shipments vary by destination (see International Delivery section). Production time for physical items is additional to shipping time.

5.1 Customs and Duties

6. Tracking & Communication

For physical shipments, tracking numbers are provided via email once items are dispatched. Digital deliveries include access confirmation emails with download links and instructions.
6.2 Delivery Notifications
Clients receive email notifications at key stages: when items are prepared for shipping, when they're dispatched, and when they're out for delivery (physical items only).
6.3 Client Portal Updates
All delivery status updates are also logged in the client portal, providing a centralized location for tracking project progress and deliveries.
7. Delivery Issues
7.1 Lost or Damaged Shipments
In case of lost or damaged physical items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier and arrange for replacements when applicable.
7.2 Digital Access Problems
If you experience issues accessing digital deliverables, contact us immediately. We'll verify credentials and provide alternative access methods if needed.
8. Non-Delivery Policy
8.1 Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address or recipient unavailability, the carrier will typically make 2-3 attempts before returning items to us. Additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery.
8.2 Address Corrections
Address changes after shipment dispatch may not be possible. If the shipment is returned to us due to address issues, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment at additional cost.
8.3 Refund Eligibility
In cases where delivery fails due to our error, we cover all reshipping costs. Client-side delivery failures may result in additional shipping charges.
