1. Nature of Services

RG Studio specializes in delivering digital services including but not limited to:

• Web design & development

• UI/UX design

• App interface design

• Branding assets

• Motion and animation for digital platforms

All our deliverables are digital in nature and will be delivered electronically. We do not offer or ship any physical products.

2. Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines vary based on the scope and complexity of the project and are communicated at the time of project confirmation.

Typical timelines include:

• Web Design Projects: 2–6 weeks

• UI/UX or Branding: 1–4 weeks

• Revisions & Edits: 2–5 business days per round

Custom timelines will be outlined in your project brief or proposal.

3. Mode of Delivery

All digital deliverables are sent via:

• Email (as file attachments or download links)

• Shared project folders (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox)

• Web-based access (e.g., Figma, GitHub, Notion)

• Direct deployment on your live website/server (where applicable)

You will be notified by email once your files or project elements are ready.

4. Missed or Delayed Deliveries

Delays may occur due to:

• Incomplete client inputs

• Scope changes or additional requirements

• Technical or unforeseen issues

We strive to communicate any delays proactively and keep the project on track with minimal disruption.

5. Delivery Confirmation

Final delivery will be deemed complete when:

• All agreed deliverables have been provided

• You have acknowledged receipt or provided final approval

• Deployment or file transfer has been successfully executed
